Description
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our fast-paced team, ensuring the smooth flow of office operations, perfect communication among team members, and seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Offer administrative support to the executive team, handling calendars and email correspondence with precision.

The Senior Designer will work with a small team of creatives to develop strategic design solutions for a range of clients. You’ll be the dedicated design lead for projects, supporting the Art Director to shape the design, guide the team and unlock each project’s creative potential. Description
The Digital Media Specialist will manage 5-7 clients digital performance metrics. You should use strategic thinking to assess opportunities and drive performance. You’ll collaborate with team members to design, implement and monitor digital media campaigns that align with business goals. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Create monthly/quarterly analytics reports.
